China-Pakistan Sino-Pak civil nuclear power cooperation meets international obligations:

BEIJING, Sept 21 (APP): The civil nuclear power cooperation between Pakistan and China is in line with the international obligation and totally for peaceful purpose and meets International Automatic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguard and inspection.The Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu in a regular press briefing here Tuesday said this while responding to questions on China’s cooperation for Chashma Nuclear power plants No 3 and 4. She said that the project has been conducted in accordance with the agreement signed between the two countries in 2003.
China, she further said  had intimated the IAEA and subject to its inspection and safeguard.To another question, she said as far as the  nuclear cooperation with Pakistan is  concerned “our position is clear and our measures are transparent.” – APP
