LAHORE:The Senate Sub-Committee on Sports will meet here on Feb 10 at Gadaffi stadium to discuss a number of important issues related to cricket. Chairman of the committee, Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi will preside over the meeting which will also be attended by Chairman, Pakistan Cricket Board and other officials.“ The issues including report of attack on Sri Lankan cricket team last year, spot fixing allegations on Pakistani players and delay in naming captain for World Cup will come under discussion in the meeting “,said a member of the committee while talking to APP on Tuesday.Meanwhile Committee’s Chairman, Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi greeted Pakistan cricket team on its victory in the fourth one day international against New Zealand.He praised the performance of all the team members and described the victory a collective team effort.
