Saud Mirza to become CCPO

KARACHI: The federal government on Monday promoted Additional IG of Crime Investigation Department Saud Ahmad Mirza to Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Karachi.The government has approved the concerned summary and given a green signal for the appointment of Mirza. However, the notification will be issued, shortly.Mirza had served for over 25 years in the police department at various posts, including DIG Traffic, Karachi, DPO Sukkur and Hyderabad and SP at different towns of Karachi.Mirza completed FSc from Govt College Peshawar in 1971 and graduation in 1975.
