Ailing Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Makhdoom Amin Fahim accompanied by his son Jamil-uz-Zaman reached Karachi from Dubai on early Monday morning.

Amin Fahim was in Dubai for cancer treatment. He was brought to Karachi in a special air ambulance on his wish to spend a few days with his family and friends in Pakistan.

Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh, Waqar Mehdi, and Amin Fahim’s son Rafiq-uz-Zaman were present at the airport to welcome him. Makhdoom Amin Fahim was shifted to a private hospital in Karachi. He will stay there for a few days after which he is scheduled to fly to England for further treatment.
