QUETTA: Governor Balochistan, Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi has written a letter to Ministry of Water and Power emphasising that QESCO should be exempted from power supply quota and the supply of electricity to Balochistan should be increased.
He said if power supply to Balochistan was not increased, the power shortfall would snowball which would inflict negative consequences on agricultural sector, adding that Farmers Action Committee Balochistan is already holding protest in this regard. – DailyTimes
